INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR CLEANING SERVICES AT THE SINGAPORE CONSULATE-GENERAL IN MEDAN

             You are invited to submit a proposal for the provision for the Cleaning Services contract for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Medan for a period of two (2) years from 16 September 2026 till 15 September 2028, with the option to extend for another one (1) year from 16 September 2028 to 15 September 2029.

 2          The following pertinent details are outlined below:

 (i)              The contract period shall be for two (2) years commencing from 16 September 2026 to 15 September 2028, with an option to extend for another one (1) year from 16 September 2028 to 15 September 2029.

 (ii)            The Consulate-General will require one (1) Cleaner for deployment at the Chancery. The Cleaner is expected to complete their daily tasks from Mondays to Fridays from 0800hrs to 1630hrs.

 3          You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood the contents of the attached Annexes, which constitute integral components of this invitation and shall comply with all the terms and conditions specified therein.

 4          Your proposal should be submitted to the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Medan in a sealed envelope and must be addressed to Consul (Admin and Consular) Ushadevi Kannan at the following:

Please indicate the subject as “Provision of Cleaning Services Contract”.  All submissions should reach the Consulate-General not later than Tuesday, 14 July 2026 before 16:00hrs.

 5          A compulsory site briefing will be conducted on Tuesday, 7 July 2026 at 10.00am at the Singapore Consulate-General. Interested vendors should contact the Consulate-General at +626180501500 to register for a site briefing.

 6          All costs and expenditure related to the preparing of the Quotation will be borne by you.

 7          All information supplied to you by the Consulate- General either in writing or orally must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.

 8          The Bids received will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

 Critical Criteria**

(i)              At least five (5) years of experience in the cleaning services industry;

(ii)            Mandatory attendance at the site briefing; and

(iii)          Submission of quotation in a sealed envelope before the closing deadline as indicated in the ITQ cover letter.

 **Critical criteria are mandatory requirements to be satisfied before interested vendors will be considered for evaluation

Evaluation Criteria

9          The Consulate-General reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, whether or not it is the lowest-priced quotation, and may award all or part of the work at its sole discretion.

 11        The Consulate-General reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in manner consistent with the provisions set out in the letter and the requirements listed in the Annexures A, B, C and D.

 12        Your response should remain valid for the acceptance for a minimum of calendar 6 months from the closing date of this invitation.
