Dear Sirs

INVITATION TO QUOTE – SALE OF MID-SIZE LUXURY SEDAN CAR

          You are invited to submit an offer to purchase a mid-size luxury sedan car (BMW 523i AT (2011)) from the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Medan. 

2        You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood the following documents which constitute integral components of this quotation and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein: -

(a)      Annex “A”    -         Instructions to Bidders

(b)      Annex “B”    -         Form of Quotation Offer and Price Schedule

(c)      Annex “C”    -         Requirements, Specifications & Vehicle Information

(d)      Annex “D”    -         Conditions of Contract

3        Written offers shall be submitted to the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Medan by hand as stipulated in the 'Instructions to Bidders'.  All quotation offers must reach the Consulate-General in a sealed envelope before 1 February 2024 at 4:00 PM, local time (Indonesia).

4        Any enquiries regarding this exercise may be made to Ms Yap Wee Ping via email at yap_wee_ping@mfa.gov.sg before 29 January 2024, 4:00 PM, local time (Indonesia).

5        The Quotation proposals shall be evaluated based on the following criteria:

(a) Price Competitiveness (70 points);

(b) Compliance with Requirements/ Instructions (10 points); and

(c ) Completeness of documents submitted (20 points).

6        The Government of the Republic of Singapore reserves the right not to select the highest Quotation Offer, or the whole or any part of any Quotation Offer, or any Quotation at all. The Government of the Republic of Singapore is under no obligation to provide an explanation for any decision made.  The decision of the Government of the Republic of Singapore shall be final.
