The Singapore Consulate-General in Medan would like to invite quotation bid submissions for the provision of security guard services at the Consulate-General.

Interested parties are kindly requested to contact the Consulate-General at +62 61 80501500 to request for the quotation and related documents. The quotation period opens from 6 February 2019 at 9.00 am.

Interested parties can also confirm an appointment for a site survey cum meeting at the Consulate-General to clarify any queries before the submission of your final offer.

All quotation bid submissions must be submitted manually to the Consulate-General directly in sealed envelopes and should reach the Consulate-General not later than 4.00 pm on 15 February 2019. Quotation bids received after the deadline will not be considered.

Please note that the Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quotation bids. The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed at the Consular Section of the Consulate-General.
